Working Hours: 6:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Reporting time: 5:30 PM/5:45 PM; subject to change)
Manpack Carrier
The Manpack Carrier is responsible for transporting essential equipment or supplies, often in outdoor or event settings, using a portable manpack system. This role involves navigating various environment, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining the condition of transported items. It requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry assigned manpack equipment, supplies, or promotional items securely and efficiently over varying distances and terrain.
- Assist with the setup, distribution, or deployment of items from the manpack at designated locations or events.
- Track items transported and ensure accurate documentation of deliveries or distributions. Report any discrepancies or losses promptly.
- Inspect the manpack equipment regularly for wear or damage. Report any maintenance needs to the supervisor.
- Engage professionally with event attendees or clients when distributing promotional materials or information.
Requirements:
- Physical fitness and endurance to carry loads for extended periods.
- Ability to navigate various terrain and environments safely.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Basic understanding of equipment handling and safety practices.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Prior experience in logistics, events, or outdoor operations is a plus.
Safety Compliance: Follow all safety guidelines for handling and transporting equipment. Use proper lifting and carrying techniques to avoid injury.
Working Conditions: May involve extended periods of walking or standing. Exposure to outdoor environment and varying weather conditions. Flexible hours; weekend or evening shifts may be required based on event schedules.
Redemption Booth Assistant
As a Redemption Booth Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations at the redemption booth. You will assist customers in redeeming prizes, rewards, or promotional items while maintaining a friendly and engaging environment. This role requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle high-paced situations calmly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in redeeming their items. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
- Keep track of redeemed and remaining prizes. Replenish inventory as needed and ensure proper handling of items to prevent damage.
- Validate redemption tickets, coupons, or vouchers. Maintain accurate records of redemptions and follow cash-handling procedures (if applicable).
- Ensure the redemption booth is clean, organised, and well-presented at all times. Arrange display items attractively and securely.
- Familiarise yourself with current promotions, rewards criteria, and redemption rules to provide accurate information to customers.
- Address and escalate any customer concerns or disputes promptly and appropriately to the supervisor.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous customer service or retail experience preferred.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Positive, energetic, and team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to stand for long periods and handle occasional lifting.
