Key Responsibilities:
- Provide directional way finding.
- Handling lost and found matters.
- Attend to patrons’ enquiries and provide customer service, including but not limited of photo taking.
- Assist with crowd flow and provide crowd management support at the various attractions.
Requirements:
- Positive attitude and a team player
- Minimum age: 16 years old
- Must be able to commit to the full event period and assigned shifts

Commitment Period: 29 November 2025 – 1 January 2026

Gates Crew
Enjoy being where the action starts? Join our gates team to greet visitors, guide them through entry points, and ensure a seamless experience from the moment they arrive!
Key Responsibilities:

- Operate scanners to validate event tickets upon entry into the event grounds.
- Attend to patrons’ enquiries and provide customer service.

Entertainment Crew
If you thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy being behind the scenes of performances, this role’s for you! Help coordinate artistes, manage schedules, and bring the entertainment magic to life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned artistes before, during, and after the event.
- Coordinate artiste schedules, rehearsals, and performance timeslots.
- Assist with transportation and on-site hospitality arrangements.
- Ensure artistes are briefed on event schedules, site maps, facilities, and house rules.
- Liaise with technical crews to communicate artistes' stage, sound, and equipment requirements.
- Handle artiste accreditation and backstage access.
- Provide on-the-ground support to address artistes' requests or issues promptly.
- Escort artistes to and from performance areas and ensure timely stage appearances.
- Support the overall event team with additional duties when required.
Requirements:
- 18 years old and above
- Singapore Citizen or PR only
- Prior experience in event management, hospitality or artiste relations is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Highly organised, reliable, and detail oriented.
- Flexibility to work during weekends, and evenings during events.
- Problem-solving attitude with quick decision-making skills.

Entertainment Supervisor
Take the lead in coordinating our entertainment team, ensuring smooth operations and stellar performances throughout the event.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and supervise the entertainment crew (performers, mascots, artiste liaisons, etc)
- Coordinate crew schedules, rehearsals and performance slots.
- Brief and update crew on event details, rules, and daily rundowns.
- Ensure all crew are punctual, well-prepared and in position on time.
- Serve as the escalation point for issues related to performers or crew.
Requirements:
- 21 years old and above
- Singapore Citizen or PR only
- Prior experience in event management, entertainment supervision or stage management.
- Strong communication and team coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changes quickly.
- Highly organised, reliable, and detail oriented.

Mascot
Love putting smiles on faces? Step into character and spread joy as one of our event mascots — you’ll be the life of the celebration and a favourite among families and kids!
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform as the Christmas Wonderland mascot during scheduled timings
- Interact with guests in a friendly and energetic way and pose for photos.
Requirements:
- 18 years old and above
- Singapore Citizen or PR only
- Height between 1.6m and 1.8m
- Cheerful, friendly and outgoing personality
- Ability and comfortable to move, dance and interact with crowds while in a bulky suit with limited vision and under warm conditions.
