- Visitors are encouraged to purchase tickets online prior to arrival. The ticketing booths at the event grounds operate from 6.30pm to 10.00pm.
- Christmas Wonderland is a rain or shine event. There will be no refunds or alternative dates for weather reasons.
- Parking is limited at Gardens by the Bay. Visitors are strongly encouraged to take public transport.
- Separate charges apply for OCBC Skyway, Supertree Observatory, Floral Fantasy, and Gardens by the Bay conservatories.
